How to make a luminous smartphone case

For crafts, we need an old unnecessary cover, phosphor or luminous varnish. In our case, a luminous pigment in the form of a powder with AliExpress is used. The first step is to apply PVA glue in a uniform layer, then a miracle powder and again glue. Since the layer is thick, it should be dried for 24 hours, and then trim the uneven edges for a better look.

Different powder can give different colors. Another way is to mix pigment with glue immediately and apply to the surface.
