To store a hand tool in a home workshop or garage, the author suggests using a home-made and practical organizer that attaches directly to the wall.
For the manufacture of the organizer, the author uses materials that were at hand. Therefore, this homemade product can be classified as budget.
First of all, on a piece of blackboard, the author draws figures: circles and semicircles, squares and triangles - for a tool of different shapes. Then he drills the holes and processes them with a file.
The main stages of work
Using a metal plate and 2 bolts with nuts, the author connects the board with holes to another board (it is also necessary to drill round holes in it).
The connection itself must be movable. From plywood, chipboard or MDF, it will be necessary to assemble a cabinet in which the tools will be stored.
Then we install the tool shelves inside the assembled box.
On the sides of the box and to the door, the master fastens metal plates. Thus, the door will easily open up.
At the last stage, it remains only to insert a lock into the door and paint the cabinet itself so that it looks pretty. We fix it to the wall.
