At the edges of a short profile pipe, which acts as a wheel axis, it is necessary to weld two pieces of a plate cut from sheet metal with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Two lateral electric motors are attached to these plates - they will drive the wheels of plywood.
Then a perpendicular jumper is welded to the wheel axle (also from a profile pipe) - as a result, a T-shaped frame should be obtained. Two circles are cut from a plywood sheet with a thickness of 20 mm, and a swivel wheel from a cargo trolley is attached to the end of a long profile pipe.
The third electric motor is attached to the frame using a special bracket. At the next stage of work, electrical work is carried out and a junction box of square shape is installed.
The wires are fixed to the frame using plastic ties or electrical tape - this is necessary to prevent them from sagging during the operation of the lawn mower.
