Soap grease from creaking car doors

Many car owners are faced with such a problem as the creak of the door stop. Someone just lubricates WD-40 or solid oil, believing that this will help.

However, after lubrication with solid oil, the problem does not disappear, but only worsens. Doors of a car cease to be fixed in the middle and extreme positions.

In addition, after processing the limiter with a solid, the door ceases to hold the wind load. In strong winds, door stoppers can either bend or even uproot.

How to lubricate correctly

If the door stops creak or click, then it's time to grease them. This will require old remnants (or you can use a new soap, if not sorry).

First of all, the limiter itself must be wiped with a rag. If there is grease, then try to remove it to the maximum.

Next, we take the most ordinary piece of soap and dissolve it to such a state that it resembles a lubricant. We apply the resulting soap grease to the door stop itself.

After applying the grease, clicks and creaks may occur for some time. Well, after the soap has completely dried, all extraneous sounds will “evaporate”.
