I decided to make a stand for screwdrivers and pliers. It should be attached to the table, since in the near future it is planned to move the workplace. I also wanted to be able to change its size depending on the number of tools available. Considering the various options, I came to the conclusion that I could quickly and easily make a stand out of PVC pipes.
Instruments:

Roulette.
Marker.
Hacksaw (or scissors for plastic pipes).
Drill and drill.
Clamps.
Scraper.
Rubber mallet.

Materials:
Listed below are the materials that I used. Their sizes will depend on the dimensions of your stand.

150 cm 12 mm PVC pipe.
2 mm PVC tee 45 degrees.
12 mm PVC tee 90 degrees.
12 mm PVC elbow 90 degrees.
12 mm PVC caps.
wood screws.

We measure and cut PVC pipes

To find out what length of pipe I need, I laid out screwdrivers hardly at a distance of 4 cm from each other. Thus, it turned out to be 62 cm (do not forget to leave a place for fitting on the edges).
For smaller screwdrivers and wrenches, the pipe length was 30 cm.

We drill and process holes with a scraper

I marked with a marker every 4 cm throughout the entire 62 cm pipe and drilled holes in them. First 6 mm, then 8 mm drill. I hardly managed to drill them in a line, but small deviations do not greatly affect the functionality of the stand. Then you need to check whether all screwdrivers fit in the pipe. After stripping the holes, I found that for some screwdrivers they are too small, so I expanded them with a scraper.
For small screwdrivers and pliers, I made holes with the same diameter of 8 mm, but arranged them denser.

Cut off the sleeve and assemble

Using the remnants of the PVC pipe, I cut off 3 bushings 2.5 cm in size, which I used to connect the branches with 45 ° tees (see photo). It is important that when fixing the sleeve, the gap on all elements is the same - it is better if the branch and tee are adjacent to each other. Using light hammer blows, connect the parts more tightly.
At this stage, the bushings can be put on glue, but I decided to skip this step. Next, I assembled the whole structure and made sure that everything fits in size.

We make holes in the plugs and fasten them to the table

To fix the stand on the desktop, I used PVC plugs, drilling holes in them. After inserting the plugs into the bottom of each tee, I put the stand on the mount and through the holes made marks where to make holes for the screws. After that, I screwed the stubs to the table and put on the assembled stand on them. The design can be fixed with glue, but I have it turned out quite stable.
