One of the largest poisonous snakes is the king cobra. If danger arises, then it raises part of the body and a swelling hood is visible in the neck. At the same time, the snake hisses and makes formidable lunges towards the enemy. But a cobra made of paper using the origami technique poses no danger. You can create it if you focus on step-by-step photos in this master class.

To create it, you need only a square of paper. We used a red sheet.

Add the square diagonally.

Then we make another fold. So we outline the center of the workpiece, and the folds made are useful for further work.

We bend the upper corner down (to the center of the square).

Side corners also need to be bent towards the center.

Fold the upper part of the future cobra blank down.

On the one hand, we make a fold inward, forming a fold.

On the left side, we do the same. The upper part has become a triangle.

We bend one of the upper folds to the left side.

We bend it in the form of a small triangle up.

Turn right again.

We take another fold and bend it to the right side.

We also make a fold in the form of a triangle on it.

Again, unscrew the fold in the opposite direction. A square has formed, which in the future will be the hood of our cobra.

Now we will begin to form the body of the snake. To do this, bend the side corners of the lower layer to the midline.

Repeat the same, narrowing the bottom of the workpiece.

Finally, you need to narrow it again by making bends to the midline. As a result, we got a narrow cobra body.

Turn the snake blank to the other side.

Bend the top corner down, this will be the head of the cobra.

The lower part must be folded back.

It remains to form a tail. To do this, at the bottom we will make several bends. Our origami paper cobra is ready.
