You need to take the following:
• About one meter of satin ribbons with stars 25 mm wide in white and black;
• Black satin ribbon with a width of 5 cm, about 5 cm long, we will use it to design the bottom of the hairpin;
• White acrylic cabochon for decorating the middle of the flower;
• A small sheet of white cardboard;
• glue gun;
• scissors;
• Pencil;
• Lighter;
• Ruler;
• Metal hairpin;
• Tweezers.
Everyone knows that dahlias have sharp petals, so let's get down to making them. We have a two-color flower, so we take a ruler, a pencil and scissors and cut the blanks for the petals. We measure fifteen segments of 7 cm long from a white tape and cut them. From a black tape we measure seventeen segments of 7 cm, also cut them. We take a lighter and burn each segment at the edges one by one.
We make white petals. We take one piece of tape, fold it in half, take a ruler, divide the folded piece in half.
We make an even cut with scissors. Clamp the cut section with tweezers.
We burn a section with a lighter, hold a lighter thoroughly and hold it with tweezers, then we press it with our fingers and straighten the petal.
Now we take the tweezers, bend the half of the petal outward and cauterize, as in the photo, then wrap the other side and bend it in the same way and cauterize with a lighter. We get such a petal. We do all fifteen white petals.
Now make the black petals. Fold along in half, divide the petal and make an oblique even cut.
We clamp it in tweezers, we burn it well with a lighter, again we hold it well with tweezers, and then we straighten it.
We turn one side out first, and then the other, cauterize. The petal is ready, we also do all the other black petals.
The petals are ready, now we will prepare the basis. We cut out a circle of about 2-2.5 cm in diameter from ordinary white cardboard, we cut out exactly the same circle from a black wide satin ribbon.
We glue the lowest row on the cardboard circle with a pistol, just a short distance glue seven black petals in the bottom row. Now we glue the second row of white petals, we glue them between black ones and also glue them seven pieces. In the third row we get six black petals, and in the fourth six white petals. In the highest tier, at our discretion, glue the remaining petals, alternating them in color. Thus, the flower becomes magnificent. Glue a white cabochon in the center.
Glue a black circle below to hide the flaws and cardboard. It remains only to glue the hair clip and you're done.
We get here such an elegant bow-hairpin. Thank you all very much and good luck in manufacturing!
