The art of quilling is gaining more and more popularity, especially the interen and complex version of it - linear quilling, that is, creating a picture from straight or slightly curled stripes of paper. Today we will get acquainted with this technique and make a beautiful summer postcard.
Materials:
1. White frame for crafts.
2. Paper for quilling: white, light and bright yellow, orange, burgundy, red, green, blue and blue.
3. Tool for twisting paper.
4. PVA glue.
5. The brush.
6. Scissors.

To get started, we will draw the outline of our blue flower. We make pencil sketches and glue paper strips of the corresponding color on them, twisting them a little at the outer edge. We supplement the form with other lines to make the petals.

Use green paper to create a stem and a pair of curls. From light yellow stripes we make small tight spirals - the middle of the flower.

The next step is to fill the free space inside each petal with open spirals of blue color.

We turn to the butterfly. We outline its contour (wings, body and antennae) with the help of red stripes.

We decorate her wings with the help of yellow, orange and bard spirals. You can choose any pattern.

In conclusion, you need to cut small strips of yellow hue and place them inside the wing along the outer edge in the remaining place. Our colorful picture is ready!
