When working with wood, it is often necessary to use saw blades of different sizes. And if there are a lot of them, then for reliable storage you can make a simple wooden stand in the form of a ladder from the "steps".
This is very convenient, because the canvas will always be in a prominent place. At the same time, the stand itself does not take up much space on the desktop. It can also be adapted for storing drills or files.
First of all, you need to saw planks of different heights - a total of 6 pieces are required. For this, the master uses a 18 mm thick board.

At the next stage of work, blind holes will need to be drilled in wooden blanks. In one plaque, the master drills one hole in the center, and in the rest - five at the same distance from each other.
Next, the workpiece must be processed with sandpaper and smooth sharp corners. The master processes the edges in the holes with a grinding nozzle.
After that, all the workpieces will need to be glued together in such a way that a ladder of "steps" is obtained. Also, from a piece of plywood, it is necessary to cut the base of a rectangular shape - it must be glued to the ends of the boards.
The finished stand can be varnished, soaked in oil or simply painted with stain. In the video on our website you can see the detailed process of making a wooden stand for storing saw blades.
