Have you long dreamed of a powerful blower for a summer residence, garage or workshop, but there is no money to buy it?
Then why not make this tool your own? For example, based on an angle grinder.
In fact, you only need to make a casing, an impeller and a pipe. This can be done from sheet metal and pieces of steel pipe.
First of all, we cut out a disk of the desired diameter from sheet metal, in the center you need to make a hole.
A ring cut off from a piece of pipe must be welded to this disk. We cut off the plates, drill holes in them and weld to the disk.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the master makes a bezel from sheet metal. Cut off the strip of the desired width, weld to the disk.
A piece of metal pipe is cut into three identical blanks. Each of them is cut in half, into two parts. Then we weld the “blades” to the second sheet metal disk.
We install the impeller inside the casing and from above it will be necessary to weld the third disk - with a large hole in the center.
At the last stage, cut a piece of pipe and weld it to the casing. We fix the homemade product to the grinder body.
