Or a loving man, desiring to make his lady happy with his heart, feverishly thinks of what to present for breakfast. Home-made donuts will undoubtedly become just a lifesaver. Both adults and children will not be able to stop until they eat the last. In addition to everything, they are quickly and simply prepared, and one serving is enough for everyone.

You will need the following products:


  • - 1 kg of flour + 0.5 kg per treatment (to sprinkle on a table and add to the dough if necessary),
  • - 2 eggs,
  • - 0.5 l. milk
  • - 150 gr. warm water
  • - 1 bag of dried yeast or 70 gr. raw
  • - 1 bag of vanillin,
  • - 1 tsp + 2 tbsp. l Sahara,
  • - salt
  • - 700 gr. sunflower oil.

It is necessary to get the butter in advance from the refrigerator so that it warms up and becomes soft.
Prepare a wide-necked glass and a small glass, or half the shell of a chocolate egg.

Donuts are made in a specific order:


1. First you need to cook a mixture like dough. Pour milk, water into a deep bowl, pour a bag of yeast, 1 tsp. Sahara. To stir thoroughly. Cover with a thick towel or napkin. Leave on for 15 minutes so that the yeast is activated, they began to work.

2. In the finished dough, add the eggs, softened butter. Pour 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. l sugar and vanillin. Mix everything well, if desired, beat with a mixer. If the oil has not completely melted, then what's wrong.
3. Add 1 kg of flour. Stir everything with a spoon until smooth. Then knead the dough with your hands. If it sticks to your fingers, add a little more flour. Cover with a thick cloth. Clean in a warm place for 1 hour.

4. At the end of time, the dough will rise, increase by 2 times. Put it on a table pre-sprinkled with flour. Mix again.

5. Halve with a knife. Put one part back in a bowl, cover with a napkin so that it does not wind.

6. Roll out the second part with a rolling pin into a sheet 1 - 1.5 cm thick.

7. On the entire plane, cut out the circles using a glass.

In the middle of each mug, squeeze a hole with a shell from a chocolate egg.
People often wonder: why is there a hole in the donut? The answer is simple and banal. Since baking is prepared very quickly, the middle is removed just in case. Suddenly, she does not have time to fry and spoil the overall impression.

8. Take a large baking sheet to cover with a sheet of parchment. Put cut wheels on it. Leave for 15 minutes, so that the dough is a little swollen, rose.

9. Pour sunflower oil into a deep pan. Put on medium heat, heat up.
