We mix all the ingredients and knead the dough (you need about 3-4 cups of wheat flour).

You can bake bread in the form, or you can simply form in the form of a loaf or a round loaf and put on a baking sheet, oiled.Sprinkle the top with flour and make cuts with a sharp knife so that the bread does not burst in the oven. Leave to be upset for about 10 minutes - while the oven warms up.
We heat the oven to 200 degrees and send bread into it, after 10 minutes we reduce to 180 degrees and bake another 20 minutes.
