Having made the decision to eat correctly, it turns out that you will have to give up many of your favorite foods. These include such universal sausages. After all, a piece of cooked sausage was an excellent solution to a quick breakfast or a snack during working hours.
That is why a proven recipe for boiled sausage from chicken breast will come in handy. Only natural and healthy ingredients - only benefits for the body!
For cooking you need:
- chicken breast;
- a small onion;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- one egg;
- cream - 1/4 cup;
- cling film;
- spices as desired.

The skin is removed from the chicken breast, the loin portion is removed and cut into small pieces.
Chopped chicken breast, onion, garlic are laid out in a blender bowl, cream is poured, an egg and spices are poured (salt, pepper, paprika, greens). All ingredients are beaten until smooth.

On the edge of the cling film with the spoon, the prepared sausage stuffing is laid out, folded several times, the edges are tied with thread.

Cook the sausage on medium heat for half an hour. After cooking, remove the cling film, cool and cut.

Dietary chicken sausage is an excellent solution for both a snack and a healthy protein dinner.
