There are very simple crafts (boat, airplane), with the assembly of which even a preschooler will cope. Others - not every adult will be able to. This parrot made of paper with ease will make a child and 7-10 years old. Moreover, the instructions are very detailed.
For crafts, it is better to take one-sided glossy colored paper - the parrot will turn out more spectacularly. Thick paper is not suitable for this purpose, since the parrot's head is wrinkled from it.
Sequencing
Fold the square sheet diagonally and turn it around again.

Turn to the wrong side. Bend the edges of the sheet, starting from the corner, to the fold.

Flip to the front. Fold the bottom of the sheet up. The fold should go through the corners of the craft.

Flip to the other side. The top should be down.

Bend the corners of the craft down, aligning the top edge with the center line.

Grasp the corner of the top sheet and pull down.

Bend the upper fold sheet again. You will get such a moving part.

Bend it down.

Do the same with the other side.

In the upper part of the craft, two multi-colored rhombuses turned out. The edge of the rhombus from the center is bent to the outside of the craft.

Like this.

Above, "pockets" formed. Put your finger in one pocket and pull it to the side.

Smooth over new folds.

Fold the crafts along exactly the center.

Bend the upper part of the workpiece by folding.

After fixing this fold with your finger, open the "pocket" with your other hand.

Clamp it on both sides - you will get another moving part.

Bend it to the right, there will be a parrot breast. To make the head, bend the top corner to the right as well.

Expand the very top of the crafts (where the index finger of the left hand) and hide the curved part of the sheet inside.

The result was such a blank.

Fold down the detail of the head, folded in half.

Unscrew the top of the part from the breast to the back.

Bend the right side of the craft to the left until the top "peak" falls down.

Smooth the folds. Do the same on the other side of the workpiece.
Make a beak to the parrot, bending it down and hiding the fold inside.

Make paws. Bend the protruding parts of the workpiece inward upward, and their ends down.

Bend the left side (wing) to the right, starting from the head, strictly vertically.

Fold back again. Spread the top of the craft. On the obtained bends, hide part of the workpiece inward.

You should get such a pretty parrot.
